Those candidates who are “Eligible for Higher Studies” as per the Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or a pass in the equivalent examinations is the minimum criteria for admission to degree programmes unless otherwise specified. However, candidates who have qualified for the HSE and VHSE of the Government of Kerala under the ‘SAY’ scheme and Compartmental Examination of CBSE are also eligible for admission to first-year degree programmes in the same academic year. Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu (Private study) shall not be admitted to any programme under Calicut University. The Visually challenged candidates are not eligible for admission to Science subjects involving practical.
Online Registration of an application does not guarantee admission. Selection of the candidates for admission will be as per the Government norms, University rules and another criterion (50% on Merit and 50% by Management). Intimation cards will be sent and the details will be on the notice board and the College website. The applicants are required to be in touch with the College office for information regarding interview and admission. The Intimation card does not guarantee admission. The College will not be responsible for the late or non-receipt of the Intimation Card. At the time of the interview, the applicant should be accompanied by his / her parent and produce the relevant documents required. If eligible for either concession or Admission, Caste or Income Certificate, whichever relevant, is to be produced.
The selected candidates will be admitted on payment of the prescribed fees and producing of the original certificates. Candidates are advised to have with them a sufficient number of attested copies of the certificates. The originals will be returned to the students only after the completion of the programme or on issuing the Transfer Certificate. Fee once paid will not be refunded after the expiry of the closure of admission stipulated by the University. If cancellation is made on demand by the student within a period stipulated by the University, a reasonable fee will be charged.
Mandatory: The medium of instruction and communication on the campus is English. Ragging is banned in the College premises. An anti-ragging committee has been constituted and anti-ragging squad functions on the campus. Any incident of ragging will be dealt with seriously. Students are not allowed to use mobile phones on campus. The College prohibits political activities on the campus and forbids students from conducting and attending political meetings inside the College Campus.

Once “Pay” –Option is selected you will be directed for payment through NET BANKING / DEBIT / CREDIT CARD or SMART CHECKOUT. You can choose the desired payment option and proceed.
Once the payment is successful, you will get a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION and the student has to keep the transaction ID for reference. In case the payment is not successful due to any reason you will get a display on the status of failure in payment. In case none of the above two happens, and there is heavy delay in any response from the system- if you have not proceeded with payment and not given card detail particulars, you may proceed from the Check Your Form Status button giving reference Id and your date of birth again and start the payment process again.
In case you have given all the DEBIT / CREDIT card details or NET BANKING authorization for payment, and have not got any response, please check with your bankers or Credit Card Company and see if your account is debited. If your bank account / CC are debited, please don’t make any attempt to pay again. However, if your account is not debited in the bank, you have to make the payment and get PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL confirmation.
In any case, make a note of Reference / Transaction Details in case of Net banking or card payment.

The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to the Institution. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
There is no cancellation option for the end users after payment is made. In case of duplicate payment, PARENT / STUDENT, kindly approach College Finance department for refund with proof of the transaction reference / your bank statement.
REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10-15 WORKING DAYS, RESPECTIVE PAYMENT GATEWAY WILL SEND BACK TO THE ISSUING BANK (USER’S CARD BANKER) IN BATCHES FOR PROCESSING, WHICH SHOULD APPROXIMATELY TAKE 8-15 WORKING DAYS, DEPENDING ON ISSUING BANK’S POLICIES.
